Helene Thaa completed her studies in Sociology at University of Freiburg, studied one year in Rome and did research at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In her master’s thesis, she dealt with visions of the future, technology and society in the field of technology development. She has been working as a research assistant on the project “Digital Alienation and the Appropriation of Work: Alienation Experiences in Heterogeneous Digital Forms of Work” at the University of Basel since 2019.
